Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Veefiling.com, operated by Sahil Chauhan (Proprietor), Shalimar Bagh, New Delhi – 110088 (GST: not registered — below the registration threshold). By using the platform or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Nature of the platform

Veefiling.com is a technology and support platform. It is not a firm of Chartered Accountants and does not itself sign any audit/attest/certification. Where a service legally requires certification or attestation by a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary or advocate, that part of the work is performed and signed by an independent practising professional under their own membership, and is not performed by Veefiling.com.

2. Fees

Prices shown are the professional/service fee only. Where applicable, GST and all government fees / stamp duty are extra, at actuals, with the challan shared. The price on the card is the price on the invoice — no hidden markup. Plan prices cover only the scope and volume stated on the plan; any work beyond that is quoted to you before it is done.

3. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate, lawful information and documents. Filings are based on what you provide; you are responsible for its correctness.

4. Turnaround & outcomes

Timelines shown are estimates, not guarantees. They begin once we have received all required documents and the professional fee. Delays caused by government portals or departments, resubmission queries, or pending information from the client are outside our control. Government fees for resubmission are charged at actuals. We do not guarantee approval by any authority, which is outside our control.

5. Statutory deadlines

We work to file before the statutory due date, provided complete documents and the professional fee reach us at least 3 working days before that date. Late fees, interest and penalties are levied by the Government on the taxpayer and remain the client's liability. Where a delay is caused solely by us, our liability is limited as stated in Section 6.

6. Limitation of liability

Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the service fee paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect losses.

7. Governing law

Governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi, Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
