2. Information we collect

Name, mobile, email, address; business details (PAN, GSTIN, incorporation details); and documents you upload for a filing. We collect only what a service requires.

3. Why we use it

Only to deliver the service you request — through our team and, where a service legally requires it, an independent practising professional — and for statutory record-keeping. We do not sell your data.

4. Consent (DPDP Act 2023)

We process data on your consent, given when you place an order or share documents. You may withdraw consent anytime by emailing sahil@veefiling.com.

5. Sharing

Shared only with the team members working on your file, any independent practising professional engaged for that work, the relevant government portal, and the service providers we use to communicate and store files (such as WhatsApp, email and cloud storage). Any lending/insurance referral needs a separate explicit consent.

6. Security

We use reasonable security safeguards. Documents are exchanged over encrypted channels such as WhatsApp and email, and access is limited to the people handling your case. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Retention

Retained as long as needed for the service and statutory requirements, then deleted or anonymised.

8. Your rights

Access, correct or delete your data, and raise grievances, by emailing sahil@veefiling.com.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies and your browser's local storage for the website to function (for example, remembering your cart). We may also use an analytics service such as Google Analytics to understand how the site is used; it records usage information like pages visited, device and approximate location, and never your documents.
