Refund & Cancellation Policy

We keep refunds simple and fair.

1. Full refund before work starts

Paid but work not started and no government fee paid → full refund of the service fee, less payment-gateway charges, if any. Work is treated as started once we begin document review or drafting.

2. Once work has started

Service fee refunded pro-rata for the part not performed. Government fees/stamp duty already paid are non-refundable (they go to the government, not us).

3. Government rejection

If an application is rejected because of an error on our part, we re-file at no extra service fee. Rejections arising from the information or documents provided, or from the authority's own discretion, are not covered.

Email sahil@veefiling.com or WhatsApp +91 82877 36382. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

5. Cancellation

Cancel anytime before work starts for a full refund. Monthly plans can be cancelled before the next billing month. For annual plans, the refund is the fee paid less the standard price of the services already delivered.
